A page header is a rectangular area in your report labeled "Page Header". The page header is rendered once for every page in your report, at the top of the page.
A page footer is a rectangular area in your report labeled "Page Footer". The page footer is rendered once for every page in your report, at the bottom of the page.

It is possible to export to PDF format from within the viewer. Simply click on the export as icon, and select PDF as your export format. This will export your report as a PDF file.
